Beyond sight eyes are blinded by the ice
A wind filled with fury slashes through hands
Mountains surrounding their prey, devoid of hope
On what can we live here?
Where can we find the path forward?
The air gets colder, though the days grow longer
The forest provides no shelter from the weather
Survivors of the wilderness rarely show themselves
The ones left behind will never reach the tranquility of a grave

Only suffering and pain
Our ability to roam taken from us
The strength of our steps exhausted
Feeble and lacklustre
Lost in doom
The weight of the sky, singing like a choir
Our ears tormented by its tones
Depriving us our freedom, giving birth to our fears
Making us forget pity
It echoes from the walls
Soars through the air
The lost hope of the final ones
Mountains surrounding their prey, next they will strike
On what does anyone live here?

To the wolves the weak ones fall victim
But the strong ones get the will of the wolves
Eyes blinded we follow the sounds
Only human nature lives from evil
Instinct takes hold when the mind turns black
No path is seen under our feet
Donning a wolf pelt, aided by despair
Soon the first one grabs a weapon
Bringing an end to this blasphemy and insanity
When also the last one becomes guilty of murder
On these paths cold as ice

Thither the beasts wander
